CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to contribute to the achievement of individual performance goals and team targets by selling advertising solutions to assigned customers and prospects within a designated geographical area.  Applying your superior communication skills and in-depth product and service knowledge, you will identify value added customer solutions that are aligned with AWNA sales strategies. In cooperation with the Advertising Director you will develop quotations, receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders and ad material while adhering to deadlines.

 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma with 2 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience.
  • Must work well under pressure and be able to juggle many projects simultaneously and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is essential for success.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to problem solve and work both independently and as a team.
  • Web development, graphic design and social media experience would be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is a must.

Preference will be given to those with previous media experience.
